Through a curriculum of action-based, interdisciplinary learning, the University of Notre Dame prepares its students to be tomorrow's most innovative business leaders. Recruiters remark that Notre Dame students:

  • Have tremendous leadership potential
  • Are ethical decision-makers and problem solvers
  • Adjust well to organizational culture
  • Are highly collaborative and loyal

Programs at Notre Dame use a unique, strategic thinking- and values-based leadership approach to expand an individual’s capacity to develop strategy and lead organizations. Additionally, cross-disciplinary initiatives such as the Engineering, Science, and Technology Entrepreneurship Excellence Masters (ESTEEM) program and the Integrated Engineering in Business program teach students to utilize technical acumen to solve real-world business problems.

Notre Dame has also placed increasing emphasis on fostering a diverse environment through international and minority exchange programs. Rev. John Jenkins, C.S.C, President of Notre Dame, remarks:

“Working together, we can build a fully diverse community. We recognize that a more diverse faculty and student body is a richer community for learning, discussion, and inquiry, and one whose graduates are better prepared to live and work in a world that becomes flatter and more global each year.”
